This is a convo that I had with my best friend about last night since she goes to a different school and all . . . (*sigh* We're such light-weights! :-P)

BraveFan1984: my roommate is tryin to turn me into an alcoholic
pigeleigh: haha
pigeleigh: that can always be fun
BraveFan1984: umm yeah . . . lol
pigeleigh: it can be at times... i drank with my roommates one weekend and well, i didn't like to much how it made me feel
pigeleigh: but watching my roommates was fun
BraveFan1984: i drink just enough to feel relaxed and then i call it quits
BraveFan1984: lol, yup watchin maggie and steph last night was funny
pigeleigh: yeah, i did too... but i didn't like the feeling of that at all
pigeleigh: it wasn't so relazed... and all i had was like a glass of wine
BraveFan1984: wow . . . 2 glasses of wine doesn't even touch me
pigeleigh: so yeah... i have no tolerance for it and i should have figred that out since like allergy medicine knocks me out
pigeleigh: it was funny
BraveFan1984: lol
pigeleigh: and i wasn't even strong wine... or anything it was like boones farm and i think it had only like 5% alcohol
pigeleigh: so i was thinking it wouldn't bother me
pigeleigh: but it did

pigeleigh: it all works out
BraveFan1984: so i take it a wine cooler would definately give you more than a buzz
BraveFan1984: lol
pigeleigh: haha, probably if i drank the whole thing
pigeleigh: i have drank them before
pigeleigh: but never the whole thing...i split it with someone
BraveFan1984: man . . . maggie gave me a shot of tequila, one and a half strawberry daquiris (basically a shot and a half of tequila with strawberrys and ice), and some bacardi silver raz
pigeleigh: so i have decided i won't drink again until my birthday and that's only because i am 21 and even then i won't drink much... i'll probably just buy some winecoolers
pigeleigh: yeah, a shot of anything would mor than do it for me i believe
BraveFan1984: lol
pigeleigh: it would be a good thing to take if i wanted to sleep well at night
pigeleigh: but even then, i don't know
pigeleigh: it would probably make me sick on my stomach with as strong as it would be
BraveFan1984: i didn't care too much for the tequila, but she had some of captian morgan's spiced rum and i like that, it tastes like moonshine my dad had once
pigeleigh: haha
BraveFan1984: yeah, the tequila didn't sit really well with my stomach
pigeleigh: yeah, doesn't that likeburn going down too
pigeleigh: cause it is so strong
BraveFan1984: yeah, and so dies the rum, but i like rum's flavor better
pigeleigh: i have tasted whiskey too...that is some strong stuff and just a little bit that i had on my finger kind of cleaned out my sinuses
BraveFan1984: lol
pigeleigh: my dad has like a huge bottle of jack daniels he keeps in the cabinet that he has had for like a few years
pigeleigh: and my mom told me to taste it
BraveFan1984: my dad, when we were younger, whenever my sisters and/or i were sick and kept waking up cough, my dad would pull out the sugar and the moonshine, first he'd a tablespoon (i.e. serving spoon) and load it with sugar and then he'd soak it in the moonshine and then we'd have to take it, pretty much like a shot . . . so yeah, i guess after that pretty much every winter my whole life, coulda built up some tolerance to alcohol
BraveFan1984: your mom told you to taste it?
pigeleigh: yeah... cause i asked her how strong it was
BraveFan1984: oh
pigeleigh: and she said that i should just taste and see
pigeleigh: my mom doesn't mind if i drink
pigeleigh: just as long as i dont' get drunk
BraveFan1984: kinda like me and maggie last night
BraveFan1984: my mom's the same
BraveFan1984: but last night
BraveFan1984: maggie had put the tequila in the daquiris and i couldn't really taste it so i asked what it tasted like plain and i told her i just wanted half a shot incase i didn't like it
BraveFan1984: and she was like no
BraveFan1984: all or nothing
BraveFan1984: so that's why i had a shot of that
pigeleigh: ok
BraveFan1984: but i didn't like it so much so i don't think i will again anytime soon
pigeleigh: haha
pigeleigh: that bad
pigeleigh: or just not bad but not something you prefer
BraveFan1984: i didn't like the taste and the only other things i had to compare it to (shot-wise) was the spiced rum and moonshine which taste pretty much the same
BraveFan1984: so i guess it was just that bad
pigeleigh: oh ok
pigeleigh: haha
pigeleigh: i have never tasted rum before
BraveFan1984: come on up sometime, we'll get you some
BraveFan1984: lol

pigeleigh: my roommates have drank rum and coke before but i just can't see putting those two together
BraveFan1984: or my house sometime, my mom will drink with us
pigeleigh: haha, i'll have to stay the night
BraveFan1984: no . . . i don't like them together either
pigeleigh: cause i get bad enough just drinking a little
BraveFan1984: sure, you can stay a weekend
pigeleigh: i wouldn't even think of drivin

pigeleigh: haha, i would fall over getting to my trukc
