Ok. I was talking to my roommate a little bit ago and we come upon an interesting arguement against reality shows:

What is the point of watching a reality show when the whole point of watching tv is to either (a) escape, or (b) to collect information?

Seems to me that reality tv is there for only type of people--those who have no life. Seriously, reality tv is getting ridiculous! The only reality tv I need is sports, my baseball, football, and occasionally the Olympics. If I need reality "drama" that bad, I have many places I can go: *my own hall, *my own family (my sisters and I have many a fight in our days, yes, we still fight), *any public place, *etc. I don't want to watch and listen to anyone else whine, bitch, and moan about problems that affect all of us everyday. Grow up and get a life! Com'on tv peoples, show something that really matters, or at least allows us to escape to world that is soooo not our own!

Ok, I think I'm done with that little piece of venting, however, I did not mean to offend anyone and if you like that kind of junk, then more power to you. I admit that there were some good reality shows out there. Now, I think they're all crap, and that is my opinion, afterall, this is MY blog. So, you either agree with me in part or in whole, or not at all. It makes no difference to me; I just wanted to get this out of my head and now I have. So, I'm off to bed now, I hope that everyone has wonderful, sweet dreams, and a jolly ol' g'night.
