I have the day off work today, good thing too 'cause I feel crappy, but I digress...

I called my mom and while we were talking, she put me on hold because there was a call one the other line which happened to be my sister with some very distrubing news. The wife counter-part of a couple at my church had died. Her husband came home and found her. They have no kids, but they were perfect for each other.

My request is that you keep Jeff in your prayers and his and his wife Regina's families as well.

They'll have to do an autopsy (sp?) to determined what happened because the only thing anyone knew as far as her health was concerned was that she has severe allergies. It's also unsettling because she was in her early 40s, the same age as my parents.

So please, just send up a quick prayer, that's all I ask and I thank you for it.
