Ok, you know that list of things I was supposed to get done today? Well, I accomplished one, just ONE, out of all of that (scroll down to a previous post). I got the board done for the downstairs in our dorm hall . . . and I must admit, it's really good, I mean really really good, or as my RA put it, "That board is HOT!" Thanks Shareen . . . and it really does make me feel good to have people actually stand out there and read it . . . and believe me, there is PLENTY to read. So, I have decided, that since I'm keeping the disk with all the information on it from the stuff I looked up for the board, that during February, I will make a post for most days, (I'm not going to say everyday because then I know for sure that I'll be bound to forget a day or two, and then I'll feel like I should have done it, even if it doesn't really matter to anyone else), of a famous Black American or a quote from one since it is Black History month; and for March, it's Women's History month, so a famous woman, (oh, and for you ladies out there, March 8th is International Women's Day). Just think of it as a way to continue learning . . . So yeah, that's coming up in February and March.

And that's the only thing I really accomplished today, or so it feels like . . . now Shareen has requested my help for the board upstairs--the Valentine's Day board. I could, but I really should get some homework done first, so I think that's what I'll do: work on homework until it bores me or American Dreams comes on, and then go help with the board. That is after I help my roommate bring all her bags in when she gets back to campus (she's on crutches, she had surgery on her ankle over break, but she only needs the crutches for a couple more weeks at the most).

So yeah, I didn't go job hunting yet, but I will definately go sometime this week or this coming Friday, if push comes to shove. And one last thing, for now anyway, well actually two:

1. my bf says I write the longest aim away messages ever in aim history

and

2. I'm glad everyone enjoyed my trip around MindSay! (If you ever do a trip around MindSay, leave me a comment and let me know, I like them as much as anyone else! )
