It's true. I tell myself I'm gonna get work done and what do I do? I watch the VA TECH football game on tv (btw . . . HOKIES WIN!! , of course, it took a lot of yelling at the tv for it happen, but I don't mind playing my part *lol*). I hope you enjoy it, I must really put my butt in gear now. I gotta be at babysitting at 6:30 (until 10 tonight) and I gotta change clothes and walk on over (it's right across the street from my dorm room, how cool is that?!). Instead of the 2 mins it usually takes, it might be a lil' longer tonight, cause you see I had a really graceful moment earlier today . . .

here's what happened:

I tripped over the carpet that is in my dorm room (5'x8' rug on hardwood floor), a carpet that has been there since the beginning of the school year, in AUGUST! I landed hard on my hands, elbows, and knees, and apparently my toe as well. My big toe on my right foot . . . the toe nail broke, all the way down, there was blood, but my hallmate Ashley doctored me up (that alcohol is a b*tch . . . and yes, I know I'm a wimp) and now I have a bit, I mean a LOT, of gauze on my toe. So, yeah, walking is a bit awkward, but I think I'll be alright . . .
